Judge of the Supreme Arbitration Court of Russia has returned a statement pointing out that earlier, 24 June 2002., 000 "Edelweiss-Trans" obrascha¬los the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation with the supervisory complaint against this decision of the court on the same grounds, the Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Arbitration Court Russia in a protest over this nadzor¬noy appeal was denied. Because of the APC does not permit re-application to the court of supervisory instance, an application for review of the case by way of supervision, filed 000 "Edelweiss-Trans" again to be returned.
